- ▢ 1 cup of chopped pepperoni
- ▢ ¼ of a red onion, finely chopped
- ▢ 1 English cucumber, peeled and cut into small pieces
- ▢ 8 ounces of cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
- ▢ 8 ounces of fresh mozzarella, diced (or any cheese you would like)
- ▢ 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
- ▢ 1 cup of Italian dressing
- ▢ 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Follow the instructions on the package to cook the pasta.
- After cooking, strain it and rinse it with cold water.
