During this summer, I have been experimenting with various types of pasta salads. These have been a lifesaver on our soccer Wednesdays when I prepare a picnic dinner for my entire family. Since we spend a few hours at the soccer fields during dinner time, my go-to meal consists of a sandwich or wrap, some fruits, a pasta salad, and a treat. Steps for Creating Italian Pasta Salad

This recipe for pasta salad is bursting with delectable and tasty components, and it is also incredibly simple to prepare. It is a side dish that will surely be requested time and time again!

Prepare the pasta. Begin by heating a pot of water until it reaches a boiling point, then proceed to cook the pasta.

Prepare the ingredients. As the pasta cooks, get ready the remaining ingredients. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes and red onion, and slice the pepperoni and mozzarella into small, bite-sized chunks.

Mix. After cooking the pasta, drain and rinse with cool water. In a mixing bowl, mix the pasta with diced pepperoni, various cheeses, and vegetables, then sprinkle with oregano and Italian dressing. Serve right away or store in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!

  • ▢ 8 ounces of pasta
  • ▢ 1 cup of chopped pepperoni
  • ▢ ¼ of a red onion, finely chopped
  • ▢ 1 English cucumber, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • ▢ 8 ounces of cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • ▢ 8 ounces of fresh mozzarella, diced (or any cheese you would like)
  • ▢ 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ▢ 1 cup of Italian dressing
  • ▢ 1 teaspoon of dried oregano


  • Follow the instructions on the package to cook the pasta.
  • After cooking, strain it and rinse it with cold water.
  • While the pasta is boiling, prepare the vegetables, cheese, and pepperoni.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, pepperoni, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
