Hi loves!
We are back from NYC and just soaking in this time as a family before lots of change happens!
Manhattan was soooo good to us and we had such a fun time adventuring the city, eating treats, walking around the parks and just doing whatever the heck we felt like doing.
It was one of the best trips we've ever taken and I can't wait to post all about it!
In the mean time though I just wanted to pop in and say hi and talk about a few things on my mind tonight!
Okay more like a ba-jillion things..!
First off, we're still on NYC time so we've been waking up at 4:30 AM the last two mornings...
so today we were up and at the park by 8!
Transition back after a vacation can be rough!
But I promised on IG yesterday that I'd post a few things that helps me get back on track, so here they are:

1. Deep clean the house right before you leave so you come home so sparking clean prettiness and not a hot mess.

2. Order groceries {we do Wal Mart pick up} while you're still away or right when you get home so you can start eating normal again and kinda take a break from eating out.

3. Separate your clothes when you're packing your bags- clean clothes in one suitcase, dirty items in the other. When you get home, toss that dirty suitcase in the laundry room and get the washer going ASAP. Then have a folding party with your lover while relaxing in your own cozy living room binge watching your fav show {or pod cast, PS anyone listen to S-Town!? SO CRAZY!!} while getting the laundry all finished.

4. Get your booty back in the gym PRONTO tonto. And act like you never missed a day. That way you kinda jump back into your groove.

5. Revisit your good ole planner or to-do list and update everything since your absence. Take a second to hash though your emails that you missed and just do one hour of catch up! I promise you'll feel much better once your red little notifications on gmail go away!

This morning it was so cool {weather wise, I mean but it was cool in the normal sense too lol but really it was like in the 70's and soo nice}, empty and super serene at the park.
We just watched Liam splash in the puddles and explore all around.
Whenever he'd see a dog he'd get so excited and it was the cutest thing ever!
Anywho, it was a really awesome morning.
These are moments I just wanna freeze.
And times that I love writing down in my mama journal.
Just sweet and simple.
Love it!

Our afternoon on the other hand, a little cray cray.
We found out we'll be moving earlier than expected so I'm trying not to panic...!
But it's so hard for me to balance soaking in time with us three, family and friends or like getting organized/ready for the BIG move!
We have a JAM packed April- we've made sure to make the most of every hour it seems like!
We have Easter this weekend, a road trip next week, I'm heading off for a girls weekend, then we're shooting some fun projects for the blog and then Zak leaves for training and Liam and I head on down to SAN DIEGO!!!
NUTS you guys.
So yes, I have like 298239030498 things on my mind and on my to-do list right now and I just really felt the need to write it out on here tonight.
Remember this is my diary!
And I'm by no means complaining, I'm SO excited for all of these fun things and big changes-
it's just happening so fast!
PS cross your fingers for us that we're able to snag a real home to rent!!
We wanna yard so badly!
Anywho- I'm so thankful for all these opportunities we've been given and can't wait to see how this next month unfolds!

Fourthly, I've thinking a lot about my little ole blog and where I wanna go with it and have some fun ideas and series planned for yah!

Today I even told Zak that I wanted to start a podcast together too hahaha.
The preggo and the pediatrician- good name huh?!
And no I'm not pregnant, but will hopefully have a bump like ten more times.
jk jk jk.. just like five or six.. I dunno I dunno.
